Our Events & Activation service provides comprehensive, end-to-end event management. We move beyond simple logistics to design and execute seamless, memorable experiences that build lasting fan loyalty and deepen the connection between participants, fans, and the brands that support them.
Rental Restrictions
At this time, court and field rentals are only available to organizations that provide their own liability insurance. A coach must be on-site for the entire duration of the rental. Please note that rentals are not available for individuals or field trip groups.

PLEASE NOTE:
Only certified service animals are permitted on the outdoor turf fields in compliance with ADA and New York State law. Pet dogs and other animals are not allowed on Eagle Elite property.
Eagle Field House
Our expansive Field House offers 20,000 square feet of versatile event space, perfect for both sports and non-sports activities. The space includes hardwood courts and indoor turf, separated by a curtain that can be lifted to create one large, open area. With a capacity of up to 1,500 people, the Field House is ideal for large events, sports tournaments, and more.

Outdoor Fields
Eagle Elite boasts newly renovated, full-length outdoor turf fields, lined for soccer (both full and small-sided), football, and boys’ lacrosse. These versatile fields can also accommodate a wide variety of sports, including rugby, ultimate frisbee, tennis, and girls’ lacrosse. Our outdoor fields are available for rent seven days a week, subject to availability.

Multi-Sport Party
When you love all games, then the multi-sport birthday is the way to go! The birthday captain can select up to three activities led by our birthday specialist coaches. Pick your sports, captain your team and prepare for an action-packed hour of fun as the kids get the opportunity to enjoy multiple sports.
If you’re a super fan of one sport, you can pick just one to play all party. Activities to choose: Soccer, Flag-football, Dodgeball, Kickball, Wiffleball.
Birthday Package Includes
60 minutes of play time on half-field
– 30 minutes of party time for pizza and cake*
– Up to 16 children*
– 2 pizzas* (when additional guests are added pies will be provided to ensure one slice per child)

Swim for the Future
The Swim for the Future scholarship was established in memory of Andrew Fisher and Doug Irgang, two beloved members of the Asphalt Green Unified Aquatics (AGUA) Masters swim team who tragically perished on September 11, 2001. Since its inception, the scholarship has awarded over 400 scholarships, totaling nearly $1 million, to help talented athletes on our competitive swim team, AGUA. Your generous donation supports scholarships for AGUA swimmers, as well as participants in our feeder programs, including the Swim League. Every contribution is tax-deductible and directly helps shape the future of our swimmers.
